The Fraela brand was created as a materialization of a dream that 2 friends also had since they fell in love with the production of natural cosmetics. The idea to produce natural lipsticks was born in 2017. For several years, they have been using natural cosmetic products more and more. They have been formulating the lipsticks for over 9 months. They wanted them to not dry out the lips, at the same time last on them during the normal day and smell beautiful. The original name of the brand was derived from the English word Pure - pure. At the same time, it was written phonetically - Slovak. The beginning of the decision to go your own way, which originated in Southsea, was mixed in itself, and at the same time, thanks to the sun, it included an element of its native country - Slovakia, where the friends are realizing their dream. But as the community of lipstick customers and faces grew, they realized that lipsticks are not just about natural ingredients.

Lipstick has long been a symbol of strong women. Women who painted themselves with it were once condemned by patriarchal society. Later, lipstick became a symbol of the suffragette movement and quirky actresses. They decided because the new name will symbolize strong women and their rights. While searching for a new name, they came across the Old Prešpor name "frajla". It was a more derogatory word that denoted a painted or defiantly dressed woman. The girls found in him a symbol of freedom from prejudice. Your belief. Let's paint as we want, dress as we want. We are not afraid of the view of others. Let's be ourselves, painted or natural. Sexy dressed or in a bag. The word Frajla also evoked the Old Norse goddess of fertility, harvest and love Freya. They decided to combine these two strong feminine words and created a new identity. Fraela.
